In this small hands-on session, guests turn one piece of market produce into a quick pickle to take home. Jars, brine, and guidance are ready on the bench, all you need is your veg (pick some up from one of the market stalls) and a bit of curiosity. Local food voices may drop in to share a few tips along the way.
